If you are a resident of Bath Community School District and wish to enroll a student who is new to the district for the 2024-2025 school year, (If not, see below for instructions on form renewal for returning students) please click below to complete the pre-registration enrollment form. Additional forms and uploads will be completed after the pre-registration form is approved. 

You will receive an email regarding the approval status which will include instructions on how to complete the new student registration enrollment and setting up the parent portal. The link below will provide more information on using the parent portal.

Bath Community Schools is moving to an online process of form renewals for the 2024-2025 school year

Step 1: Set up a PowerSchool account

If you do not already have a PowerSchool account, you can set one up by doing the following:

1. Open the internet browser on your computer.

2. Type https://ps.bathschools.net/public into the address bar.

3. Click on Create New User Tab.

4. Fill in the information requested for your desired username and password.

5. Enter your student's full name, Access ID and Password:

Elementary school parents will be getting this information in your back to school mailing. 

Parents of High School students please contact [email protected] to obtain your child's Access ID and Password.

Parents of Middle School students please contact [email protected] to obtain your child's Access ID and Password.

If you already have a PowerSchool account, use the Access ID and Password to link your new student to your account. You can add this student to your portal account by clicking on Account Preferences and the Student Tab, click Add.

Step 2: Please complete all Returning Student Registration Forms.

In PowerSchool, select the student you are enrolling and click on the Forms link within the left navigation menu.

You will need to fill out the forms under the heading: Annual forms & Returning Students. If your page does not automatically load to the next form you can click on the forms button on the left navigation menu to return to the main page that lists all the forms.
